Join Asha and Beatrice, two registered yoga teachers and TCC mental health clinical interns for 6 weeks of yoga and reflection. Please try to arrive 10-15 min early to allow time to set up and settle in. Please bring your own mat if you have it, we will have only a few extras to lend. Youth and adults are welcome!

Time: 12pm

Location: 1st week will be at TCC, afterwards weather permitting we’ll aim for Matthew’s park
